Hand Carved Smoked Salmon

Alfred Enderby are award winning and use sustainably sourced RSPCA assured Scottish farmed salmon. It is traditionally smoked salmon, dry cured over slowly smouldering wood shavings for up to 24 hours creating a depth of flavour.

You can order either a whole side or we can hand carve to your required quantity.
