Tuna is a salt water fish part of the tribe Thunnini

Tuna is a good source of Omega -3, but can be high on fat depending on the season.

It can be prepared and cooked in several ways, from Japanese Sashimi to being cooked with pasta, or grilled/pan fried as a steak with butter and herbs.
