Our Salmon can be enjoyed all year round it used to be only reserved for the wealthy but is now readily available.

Our Salmon is farmed in Shetland Scotland.

It is another versatile and popular fish that can be eaten raw in sashimi and is still at the centre of many buffet tables. It can be grilled, poached, griddled and oven baked. A source of Omega-3.
