Fresh Cod fillets

The Atlantic Cod is the one of the larger members of the round white fish family. Cod has big white boneless chunks of flaky flesh.

 

It has very little fat and is easily digested so perfect for dietary needs.

 

Its skin can be identified by the sandy-brown or greyish green with a silver background depending on its habitat.

The loin being the middle part and most plump and delicious and very popular.

Cod is a versatile fish and can be suited to various methods of cooking.
