Halibut

Halibut is the largest of the flat fish family.

​

Fresh Halibut has a delicate, superb flavour and as it is densely textured it is suited to pan-frying, grilling, poaching and roasting. 

​

Creamy sauces, butter, herbs work well with Halibut. Not to be overcooked or it will dry it out.
